grandma's pancakes

When i was little my grandma used to make the most delicious pancakes.

another wip, but one that shows a bit of my progress. I ink a sketch then colour it on painter. I always intend to put the colour underneath the ink lines but always find things to change and end up redrawing a lot. This makes me wonder, is there even any point in inking?
